She didn’t fit in anywhere; she was an outsider. She had a bad reputation. The religious folks of her day looked down on her as an unclean sinner, a second-class citizen with no rights in a man’s world. What right did she have to even be near Jesus? Yet, her act of faith and love toward the One who first loved her is spoken of to this day. Jesus welcomed her with arms of love just as He longs to welcome each of us.
