Prayer is Not an Option, it’s a Lifeline

Prayer is a spiritual connection with God, and is necessary for anyone desiring to truly know Him. Prayer is also the fuel upon which we depend in order to fulfill our calling. You can expect Life Church to model a great reliance on prayer, and emphasize its importance within the life of every believer.

At Life Church we believe God answers prayer, and we rely on this wonderful connection God has offered us. If you have a need, we encourage you to make your request known. Below you can submit a prayer request, a prayer of thanksgiving, or share an answered prayer with our entire church community. With the Prayer Wall, you can instantly share requests and praises together and then see in real time that you’re actually being prayed for.

One of the best things about this is that it’s super easy for everyone to use. Just click on “Share Your Prayer Request” to get started. Or scroll down and begin praying for others. Don’t forget to click “I Prayed For This” so they know you’re praying for them.

You may add your prayer request to our prayer wall using the form below. Once your prayer request is received, we will share it according to your instructions. Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like!

Please pray for my older brother Andy Nicholas as he struggles with his third admission to the hospital in San Jose CA due to contracting Covid a month ago. He has lost over 20 pounds and is down to 115. He has struggled recently with breathing and exertion because his heart rate is elevated. I am having problems sleeping and my wife Kim works at the hospital. I am in DC working as First Responder supervisor on an opposite shift. We don't see each other during the week. Some of you might think that's great but I Love my wife and want to support & cherish her. #Homeschooled by God. Thanks - Curt

During this unprecedented time, we need to pray for our community, our state, our country, and all nations. We need to pray for our leaders to make decisions that will improve this situation and praise God. We need to pray for those who are essential and putting their lives at stake to serve and protect us. We need to pray for those who have contracted the virus for healing. We need to pray for those who are experiencing other ailments for healing. We need to put our trust in God, knowing he is in control and his plan will bring people together to glorify him and his kingdom. We need to pray that during this unsettling time that others will turn to Jesus and accept him as Lord and Savior. We need to see all the good that is occurring during this unsettling time.

I want to also ask for prayers for the leaders of our church and thank them for all they are doing to keep us connected and allow us to worship and praise the Lord together yet apart.

My younger sister Dawn was born with NF1, its a disease that causes tumors to grow inside and outside of your body, these tumors can and do put pressure on anything they grow on (organs). She has lived her whole life in some sort of pain but has managed to work the whole time. She has gone through a really rough month this month and had to be taken to the hospital where they have found more of these tumors growing and some spots on her aorta breast and kidney. Please pray for her and continue prayer that she will be able to get some sort of help from Johns Hopkins to ease her pain. Pray that they will find out what sort of spots she has internally and pray that the Lord will touch her body for healing. I will keep updating her condition when I get information and I thank you so very much for keeping her in your prayers.
